Olá. Por muito tempo pensei e a conclusão sempre foi a mesma. Então resolvi escrever...
Nasci nesta cidade (Porto Alegre-RS-Brasil) e, quando de minha "iniciação" no mercado de trabalho, reparei, aos poucos, o quanto era (e permanece ainda) estranha a convivência entre empregado/empregador em todas às áreas que colaborei como funcionário.
Sim, sem exceção. As experiências que poderiam ter se mostrado boas, ótimas, ou que "valeu a pena", com os cargos que exerci e o que exerço atualmente, mostraram-se tão frustradas, a ponto de me perguntar por muitas vezes sobre este que, para mim, parece ser um grande, um enorme problema com efeitos colaterais dos mais adversos e terríveis para a saúde humana/social.
Todos os meus "patrões" sempre foram (duvido que tenham mudado) verdadeiros "torturadores mentais", abusando de seus poderes como administradores, donos, verdadeiros "capitães do mato (capataz responsável pelos trabalhadores escravos no século 19, aqui no Brasil)" ou "sinhozinhos (patrões, chefes, coronéis, etc)"...
Aquele pensamento: "sou o o dono, faço o que quiser (da maneira negativa, me refiro)", por incrível que pareça, ainda existe em nosso mercado. Sim... ainda.
Sabe, poder de demitir pelo ação de, xingar e até humilhar ainda mexe com os "cérebros" de muito "boss" por aí...
Eu "tinha" um patrão e seu lema era "te vira!" e entre seus "hábitos" constavam não pagar seus funcionários e/ou freelancers em dia, não atender o celular quando estava devendo para alguém, etc.. Mas daí havia um outro chefe que costumava/costuma fazer assim: "finge" que adquire determinado artefato, recebe o mesmo na empresa, usa-o e depois o devolve, alegando que não gostou ou o material estava com defeito. Em meu país isto é denominado "cara de pau", mas acho que este aí está mais para "cara de aço"...
Trabalhar com medo, produzir "na pressão", salários ridículos, absolutamente injustos, totalmente fora da realidade, são coisas que ainda continuam a acontecer nesta cidade, neste estado, enfim, neste país. Desde quando isto acontece? Acho que "desde sempre".
A velha máxima do "manda quem pode, obedece quem precisa", resistiu muito bem ao tempo. Exemplo de injustiça e frustração.
Trabalho com eventos (se Deus quiser, não para sempre), há mais de 10 (dez) anos. Há alguns anos atrás prestei serviços de montagem e operação de video-projeção para uma empresa que tinha a "conta" de grande distribuidora de bebidas, conhecidíssima marca de refrigerantes e outros. Foi a primeira vez (e única, até agora) que vi, "com meus próprios olhos", funcionários sendo tratados com um pouco (eu escrevi 'um pouco')mais de decência, de um jeito mais civilizado. Tenho certeza que esta mesma empresa que citei acima continua respeitando estes funcionários, motivando-os (por meios "respeitáveis") a seguir suas carreiras e produzir mais e melhor. Até então nunca havia visto colaboradores alegres (de verdade), com "garra" e ativos e criativos...
Toda a vez que falo sobre injustiça trabalhista e patrões filhos da puta, os comparo à esta distribuidora.

Ano passado, folheando uma revista bastante conhecida
e consumida pelo público brasileiro, me deparei com grande matéria sobre premiação para as melhores empresas para se trabalhar no Brasil
A "número um" ao ser descrita por pesquisa, a mim pareceu um exagero. Não poderia acreditar, não fosse a GOOGLE ser o que é. Games, ping pong, horários de trabalho (prá lá de) flexíveis, decoração personalizada de "cubículos" são algumas das vantagens apresentadas pela empresa já citada. "Luz no fim do túnel"?
Tenho esperanças mas este país fode o cara "de vez em quando"...
Trabalhadores brasileiros (estou me referindo ao povo e somente) são pouco mais que escravos. Aliás, grande curiosidade quando vi na TV Cultura/TV Brasil (o próprio nome já diz ao que veio), em matéria específica, que, na época da escravatura, os negros eram obrigados a gerarem filhos para serem usados posteriormente neste sistema escravagista da época!!! Algo parecido com cruzar cavalos para serviço, aluguel/ou venda. Que beleza, hein, raça humana? Parabéns!!! Na realidade, "a coisa" não mudou tanto assim de lá pra cá...
Poder trabalhar de maneira "confortável" e justa não deve ser uma utopia...
Sempre pensei (!) que, quanto melhor tratado
dentro de uma empresa, também mais e melhor produzirá. Puta que pariu, isto é o óbvio!
Como não agir melhor, como não produzir ganhando um salário justo? Como não ter uma ótima disposição para trabalhar, recebendo o devido respeito, consideração, (muito importante) reconhecimento?
Ofereça isto à uma pessoa. Terás então não somente um ótimo colaborador, talvez (e por quê não?) acabe ganhando até um amigo...
Mas não. Não neste lugar. Enquanto a maioria dos "patrôes" e políticos deste e de outros países (como a China, que paga um salário que seria uma piada se o negócio nãofosse tão sério como é, e, de "quebra", ainda por cima põe criancinhas para traba lharem entre outros)continuarem se ajudando e concordando em subjugar, "levar no cabresto", "botar no cú do cachorro", "devidamente", "adrestar" o pobre povo que só quer trabalhar e ganhar um salário que dê para suprir sua nescessidades, como está definido na Constituição Brasileira, sempre haverá este tipo de injustiça . Um parêntese, por favor: Um trabalhador brasileiro precisa perceber, por mês, para ser respeitado o que está escrito no livro da Constituição Brasileira no mínimo, R$ 2.200,00 por mês (referente ao mês de abril de 2012), fecha parênctese.
TRAUMA DE INFÂNCIA
Ok, ok, todo o ditador é um traumatizado de infância, of course. Traumatizado e até com "carteirinha de indentificação"...
Se o povo tiver "garra", "sangue nos olhos", vontade de sair da merda, ok, isto bem ajuda. Na realidade, percebi que, se todo mundo for unido, esta "chupação de cabra" não vinga, não dá frutos... não cresce, não se desenvolve.
Enquanto políticos e donos de empresas, estes bando de filhos da puta se ajudarem, concordarem em FUDER TODO O POVO TRABALHADOR, QUE É ÉM SUA MAIORIA, UM POVO SUADO CANSADO E SEM SANGUE, submentendo-o a humilhações, pressões de não conseguir dormir à noite, pagando uma merda de salário, sempre haverá este tipo de injustiça... O mais triste e engraçado é que ESTAMOS EM MAIOR NÚMERO!!! Incrível...
Sou freelancer. Eu defino o valor do meu trabalho. Respeito e sou respeitado pela maioria das empresas que contratam o meu salário. Sabe porque? Porque trato e falo com todos de "igual para igual", não importando se você tem uma merda de Ferrari estacionada na sua "enorme" empresa...

He thought: "I am the the owner, do you want (in a negative way, I mean)", oddly enough, still exists in our market. Yes .. yet.
You know, to dismiss the action, and even curse humble still messes with the "brains" of many "boss" around ...
